1. Environmental Management Consultancy Services
In accordance with the “Regulation on Environmental Management Services” (published in Official Gazette No. 32000 dated 01.11.2022), our company provides environmental management services to businesses for tracking compliance with environmental laws and fulfilling legal obligations.
Obligations and Scope of Service
A) Facilities listed under Annex-1 of the Regulation:
They must establish their own environmental management units by obtaining a competency certificate from the Ministry or receive environmental management services from licensed consultancy firms.
B) Facilities listed under Annex-2:
They must employ at least one full-time environmental staff member or receive consultancy services from authorized firms.
C) Facilities outside the scope of Annex-1 and Annex-2:
They are not required to obtain consultancy services but must still comply with environmental laws and regulations.
Scope of Services Provided:
- Monitoring of environmental legislation and informing the company, ensuring fulfillment of obligations under environmental law,
- Preparation of monthly activity and internal audit reports,
- Filing and submission of environmental declarations and notifications (e.g., Waste Declarations, BEKRA, Preliminary Activity Information Forms, GEKAP, etc.),
- Managing the Environmental Permit Certificate process and obtaining the certificate when required,
- Conducting environmental trainings,
- Managing wastewater permits and processes,
- Establishing Zero Waste systems,
- Managing waste streams and obtaining Waste Management Plan approvals,
- Coordinating with licensed waste collection and disposal companies,
- Conducting emission measurements and coordinating with accredited laboratories.
2. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (EIA) CONSULTANCY
Our company provides Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) consultancy services to businesses in accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation (published in the Official Gazette No. 31907 dated 29.07.2022).
EIA Certificate / Decision Obligations and Scope of Service
The aim of the EIA Regulation is to anticipate all potential adverse environmental impacts of planned activities and ensure that the necessary preventive measures are taken. Therefore, all project owners are required to obtain one of the following: an “EIA Positive Decision”, “EIA Not Required Decision”, or “Out of Scope Confirmation.”
A) For facilities listed in Annex-1 of the Regulation or those requiring an EIA:
- Preparation of the EIA application file,
- Submission of the EIA Report to the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, Coordination and communication with the Ministry,
- Participation in the Public Information and Stakeholder Engagement meetings,
- Preparation of the full EIA Report.
B) For facilities listed in Annex-2 of the Regulation:
- Preparation of the Project Introduction File,
- Submission of the file to the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, Coordination and communication with the Directorate, Coordination with the Ministry, Municipality, and other relevant institutions.
C) For organizations not listed in Annex-1 or Annex-2:
- Preparation of a petition and application file demonstrating that the facility is out of scope,
- Submission to the Provincial Directorate, and ensuring full communication and coordination with relevant authorities.
Within this framework, our company provides technical and administrative support to project owners to ensure that all EIA-related processes (Positive, Not Required, or Out of Scope) are conducted in full compliance with the regulations.

3. CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT (KKDİK / SEA / BEKRA-SEVESO) CONSULTANCY
To protect human health and the environment from the adverse effects of chemicals, our Chemical Assessment Experts provide consultancy services under the following regulations, managing the control, monitoring, and registration processes of chemical substances placed on the market.
A) Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (KKDİK – 23.06.2017/30105)
Companies that manufacture, import, or use chemicals must evaluate the substances they use and their role in the process (manufacturer, importer, downstream user, distributor, etc.) in accordance with KKDİK.
Based on this evaluation, they are responsible for ensuring the safe use of chemicals and protecting human health and the environment.
We provide comprehensive consultancy services to companies falling under these obligations, including:
Registration and pre-registration of chemicals,
Preparation of safety data sheets,
Managing “Only Representative” processes,
Direct communication with EU regulatory authorities and data holders to ensure faster and more reliable access to required information.

B) Regulation on the Classification, Labelling, and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (SEA – 11.12.2013/28848)
Manufacturers, importers, and downstream users must classify substances and mixtures before placing them on the market and register those defined under this regulation.
We evaluate the requested chemicals and ensure their proper registration in accordance with legal requirements.
C) Regulation on the Prevention and Mitigation of Major Industrial Accidents (BEKRA – 02.03.2019/30702)
Operators are required to take all necessary measures to prevent major accidents and minimize their impact on human health and the environment.
Our experts determine the facility’s level (upper-tier, lower-tier, or out of scope), manage BEKRA notifications, and prepare the following documents as required:
• Major Accident Scenario Document, • Major Accident Prevention Policy, • Safety Report, • Internal Emergency Response Plan.
4. WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT PROJECT CONSULTANCY
Under the Urban Wastewater Treatment Regulation (08.01.2006/26047), the Water Pollution Control Regulation (31.12.2004/25687), and Circular No. 2018/14 on “Approval of Wastewater Treatment / Deep Sea Discharge Facility Projects,” our engineers provide technical consultancy to ensure that wastewater discharge limits comply with regulatory standards.
5. ZERO WASTE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY
According to the Zero Waste Regulation (12.07.2019/30829), municipalities and institutions defined in the annex of the regulation are required to establish a Zero Waste Management System and obtain a Zero Waste Certificate.
For organizations seeking to become environmentally responsible and meet legal obligations, we provide consultancy services that include:
- Establishment of a Zero Waste Management System,
- Employee training,
- Coordination with licensed recycling companies for recyclable waste recovery,
- Data entry in the Ministry’s Integrated Environmental Information System,
- Application and obtaining of the Zero Waste Certificate.
6. GREEN TRANSFORMATION IN INDUSTRY CONSULTANCY
El Reglamento sobre la Gestión de Emisiones Industriales, publicado en el Boletín Oficial N.º 32782 el 14 de enero de 2025, exige el control eficaz de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero y la mejora de la sostenibilidad ambiental en las instalaciones industriales. Dentro de este marco, obtener el Certificado de Transformación Verde Industrial se ha convertido en un requisito clave en términos de eficiencia energética y gestión de emisiones.
El proceso debe ser ejecutado por personal autorizado, designado como Responsable de Transformación Verde Industrial.

7.) ENVIRONMENTAL LABEL / EU ECOLABEL / BLUE ANGEL
Our company provides comprehensive consultancy services for the Turkey Environmental Label administered by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the EU Ecolabel in the European Union, and the Blue Angel in Germany. The compliance of products and services with the relevant criteria is evaluated, necessary technical preparations are made, and application processes are managed. In addition, applications for the EU Ecolabel and Blue Angel labels are carried out through our company based in Spain, in direct communication with the relevant authorities.
