1. Occupational Health and Safety Consultancy Services
In accordance with the Labor Law (Law No. 4857, dated 22.05.2003), the Occupational Health and Safety Law (Law No. 6331, dated 20.06.2012), and related regulations, our company provides Occupational Safety Specialist, Workplace Physician, and Health Personnel services through authorized OHS units (OSGB).
Taking into account each organization’s risk class and number of employees, we carry out the following activities:
- Provide recommendations to the employer on ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety legislation in all matters related to the design, maintenance, and use of machinery, equipment, and materials, as well as the planning, organization, and implementation of work processes.
- Conduct monthly on-site inspections and audits; prepare and present detailed reports based on site findings and documentation review.
- Organize and record OHS Committee Meetings in accordance with regulations.
- Plan and deliver OHS Training Programs, including Basic Training, Refresher Training, and Emergency Response Training.
- Conduct and monitor Risk Analysis studies.
- Prepare Emergency Action Plans and organize drills and simulations.
- Develop Annual Work and Training Plans at the beginning of each year and submit Annual Evaluation Reports at year-end.
- Evaluate work accidents and occupational diseases; conduct investigations to prevent recurrence and prepare Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPA).
- Monitor Periodic Inspections of equipment and ensure all controls are conducted on time.
- Organize environmental and personal exposure measurements in collaboration with accredited laboratories.
- Prepare OHS Instructions and Work Permit Procedures to be used in workplaces as required.
2. Preparation of Explosion Protection Documents
In accordance with the Regulation on Protecting Workers from Explosive Atmospheres (30.04.2013/28633) and the Regulation on Equipment and Protective Systems Used in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres (30.06.2016/29758), our company prepares Explosion Protection Documents (EPD) to protect employees’ health and safety against the risks associated with explosive environments.
An Explosion Protection Document includes the following:
a) Identification and assessment of explosion risks,
b) Preventive measures to fulfill obligations specified in the regulation,
c) Classification of areas where explosive atmospheres may occur,
ç) Minimum requirements for employee health and safety protection against explosion risks, including criteria for equipment and protective systems selection,
d) Confirmation that the design, operation, control, and maintenance of work equipment, including workplaces and warning devices, comply with safety requirements,
e) Verification that all equipment used in the workplace complies with the Regulation on the Use of Work Equipment in Terms of Health and Safety Conditions (Official Gazette No. 28628 dated 25.04.2013).
