prepare and present detailed reports based on site findings and documentation review.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and record OHS Committee Meetings in accordance with regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and deliver OHS Training Programs, including Basic Training, Refresher Training, and Emergency Response Training.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct and monitor Risk Analysis studies.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Emergency Action Plans and organize drills and simulations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop Annual Work and Training Plans at the beginning of each year and submit Annual Evaluation Reports at year-end.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate work accidents and occupational diseases;
